Blood Pressure Control for patients with Hypertension  

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a serious disease, and listed as a primary or contributing factor of 15% of all deaths in the United States.  Of our patients with hypertension, 72% had adequately controlled blood pressure in the past year (March 2016-March 2017).  The network average was 62%.
